Through an easy-to-use device connected to the patient’s telephone, the nursing staff at Direct Health Care can measure the patient’s blood pressure, pulse, weight and more up to several times a day. Any changes or abnormalities in the readings can trigger a call from the nurse or even an emergency call to the doctor or hospital.

Such daily monitoring is a vital tool to catch any potential health issues before they escalate into major problems.
